Jagriq is built for legal work, where accuracy and confidentiality are non-negotiable. This page explains how our AI works, its limits, and the commitments we make around it.

1. How our AI works
Jagriq's AI features are grounded in a corpus of Indian judgments and statutes. Answers are citation-verified — every authority we surface is linked to its source — so you can check the law for yourself rather than trust an unsourced summary.
2. We do not train on your data
We do not use your documents, matter data, client data or queries to train or improve any AI model — ours or a third party's. The AI providers we work with are contractually bound to the same commitment and to strict confidentiality. See our Privacy Policy and Sub-processors.
3. Human in the loop
AI output is decision-support, not a decision. It can be incomplete or wrong, and it can "hallucinate". You must independently verify all citations and generated content with a qualified professional before relying on it or using it in any proceeding. Jagriq is not a law firm, does not give legal advice, and using it creates no attorney–client relationship or privilege.
4. Confidentiality and isolation
Your content is isolated per organisation, protected by ethical walls (including from our staff), encrypted, and processed under access controls and audit logging — as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Your controls
You decide what you upload and who in your organisation can access it, and you can restrict sensitive matters with ethical walls. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
6. Oversight and improvement
We monitor quality, act on feedback, and improve our systems using aggregated, de-identified signals that do not identify you or expose your content. Questions about our AI practices: support@jagriq.com.
