Jagriq (operated by Deephash Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) uses a small set of trusted service providers ("sub-processors") to run the platform. Each is engaged under a written agreement requiring confidentiality, appropriate security, and no independent use of your data, and each is bound by our no-training commitment where it touches your content.

Your data is hosted in India (Amazon Web Services, Mumbai), and our AI and document-processing run in Indian regions. Messaging providers (Twilio and WhatsApp/Meta) operate global infrastructure to deliver your messages; where any personal data is processed outside India, it is under contractual confidentiality, no-training and comparable-protection terms.
2. Services you connect
Email, calendar, messaging or storage accounts you choose to connect (for example Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) act on your authorisation and under their own terms; they are not our sub-processors.
