Make a data rights request
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can access, correct, complete, erase or export your personal data, withdraw consent, nominate someone to act for you, or raise a grievance. Tell us what you need and we'll take it from there.
Submit a request
Choose the type of request and add any detail that helps us find your records. We may need to verify your identity before we act.
How we handle it
We acknowledge every request within 7 days and aim to resolve it within 30. If your data is managed by a firm using Jagriq, we'll route your request to that firm as the Data Fiduciary.
