Is this module about billing my own clients, or about my Jagriq subscription?

Billing your own clients — fee arrangements, the matter ledger, disbursements, realization, invoices and payments for the legal work you do. It has nothing to do with what you pay Jagriq; see your account or talk to sales for that.

What fee arrangements does it support?

The fee-arrangement UX is built around how Indian practices actually bill — flat fees, retainers and matter-wise arrangements tracked against a running matter ledger, not a generic per-hour timer bolted onto a case tool.

Does it track disbursements separately from fees?

Yes — disbursements (court fees, travel, filing costs) are tracked on the matter ledger alongside your fee, so realization reporting reflects what you actually recovered versus what you spent.

Do solos get the same billing tools as firms?

Solos get the invoicing essentials; firms get the full ledger — disbursements, realization tracking and multi-matter reporting across the practice.
