This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what is and isn't allowed when using Jagriq (operated by Deephash Technologies Pvt. Ltd.). It supplements our Terms of Service. By using Jagriq, you agree to it.

1. You must not
- use Jagriq for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or deceptive purpose;
- upload or process content you do not have the right to, or that infringes the intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality or other rights of any person;
- upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other customers' data, or our systems;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the service, or breach or circumvent its security or authentication, without our prior written permission;
- scrape, harvest, or use automated means to extract data beyond your normal use of the features;
- overload, disrupt or interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
- resell, sublicense or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted; or
- misrepresent AI-generated output as independently verified legal advice, or use it in a proceeding without the review of a qualified professional.
2. Fair and responsible use
Automated tools and AI features are provided for genuine professional use. Excessive, abusive or automated use that degrades the service for others, or that is designed to extract our underlying models or data, is not permitted.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your users, your content, the lawfulness of the data you upload, and obtaining any consents required from the individuals whose data you process.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to protect the platform, its users or third parties, as set out in the Terms of Service. Where required, we will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
